Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Cutler-Hammer ECN1611AAC parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Electro-Craft products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ultra-Series parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Elau product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Electro-Craft such as the 00305052 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DDM010X manufactured by Ultra-Series and we are pleased to be able to service most Ultra-Series systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SH07060020010000001000 by Manufacturer Elau as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Electra Brand 350MH025DFX0001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Electocom such as 32160032900 equipment made by Electocom have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Electocom products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Electocom" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available EDM38195A made by Edmund as well as the popular W60021811 original spares produced by Edwards

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M307AB00102 by Aeg-Motor-Control and 32160032900 spares by Electocom are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
